Speed Endurance is an integral part of soccer fitness for ALL positions.
- Each player will undergo an speed analysis of their running style and technique
- We will use the latest fitness test technology to measure players' V02 Max while using football specific fitness training
- 7-Week Pre-Season Fitness & Conditioning Program Led by Coach Kirsty Shell

Performance Coaching -Based on improving a players 'flat-line' and multi-directional sprinting.
Small Group Training - Coaches will leverage smaller age appropriate break out groups. This will give encourage players to work even harder during training.
