Move2Perform
A 6-week (12 session) pre-season conditioning program, delivered by experienced and certified coaches, designed to prepare our athletes for the upcoming Fall, 2024 playing season.

Most team training programs involve the entire team doing the same exact workout regardless of injury history, training experience, ability, and the possibility of movement dysfunction. This leaves some athletes struggling to make improvements while others do not get enough training stimulus. This program is designed to cater to individual player needs in a group practice setting.

Each sessions begins with various components of the FIFA 11+ Program to ensure our athletes are properly prepared for the session.

Players will work out with our Coaches 2x per week and are strongly encouraged to maintain their own individual workout days.
The program is designed to assist our athletes to be match fit for in season games.

Players Born 2017, 2016 & 2015 - 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Playeres Born 2014, 2013, 2012 & 2011 - 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Tuesdays:
July 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
August 5th & 12th

 

Thursdays:
July 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st
August 7th & 14th
